Frequent Searches
On the right hand side of the screen -------------------->
you will find two columns of categories under the heading of “Frequent Searches"
When clicked on, these categories list menus designed with a relative structure that span out to virtually every category in the directory. The more familiar
you become with our directory, you will find yourself going to these categories the most.
Left Navigation Menu
<-------- On the left side of the screen, you will find the left navigation menu. At the top with a gray background are the CharlotteYP
directory links. Next are local and Carolina related “Things To Do”. Under that are local shopping categories, malls and shopping centers with their
store listings. Last you will find Specialty links to Internet web sites.
Category Browser
In the center at the top, you will find A through Z. Here you can browse all the categories in this directory. The categories first letter is matched to the
corresponding letters in the Alphabetical Listings.
Simply click on the letter that corresponds to the first letter of the category you are looking for.
Search Box
This Search Box is only found at the top of the Home Page. There are two ways of searching for listings here. If you know the business name and need a telephone number or an address, type in the business name
and click “Find IT”. You can also search for category names.
Search Tips for Best Results:
First of all, the “Search Box” is not case sensitive.
It is not necessary to type “The” at the beginning of business names. You will get the same results either way.
It is not necessary to type in ‘s at the end of business names that are plural.
If you type in a business or category name that gives no results, remove some of the last letters in the name.

Neighborhood Directory
When you click on a very large category, i.e. "All Restaurants", you will find a 24 major "Neighborhood Directory" for Mecklenburg County located
at the top of the listing.
This directory is in geographical order from north to south. Simply click on a neighborhood of your choice for listings in that area. You can also
page through all listings under that category using the previous / next tabs located at the bottom right of the listings.
